Our thoughts go out to those who have been affected by this unprecedented event affecting the world today. We especially appreciate the local healthcare workers, local communities, and government entities around Iowa who are working tirelessly to contain this coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are taking fingerprinting appointments! We are sanitizing the surfaces of the fingerprint machine before and after use. Your technician will be wearing non-latex rubber gloves as extra protection.


Our business has been part of the community for over 10 years, and it’s our responsibility to come up with the safest way possible to continue to serve the needs of the community during these times.

We’re a people-first company, and that means protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees, and the communities we live and work in. We’re taking extra precautions including daily cleaning and sanitizing of common surfaces to protect our customers and employees.

You will not notice any difference in our service until mandated closures—our business is fully functional at the moment. We are still available by appointment only, but as you can imagine, with mandated closures of other businesses, we are experiencing higher volume of appointment requests. We should be able to schedule your appointment within 48-hours after you contact us.


We will ask our customers to reschedule their appointment if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms.

Most importantly, we’re keeping communication lines clear and open. And keep washing our hands, a lot. Stay safe everyone!
